Xavier Delacour has been working at Quadra for 16 years.
He has a global experience of almost 30 years in the sales of concrete facilities all over the
world with excellent skills in project management and high expertise in vibration

A civil engineer by training, Mr. Chan has more than 20 years’ experience in the built environment. With his Project Management experience, he obtained the Tier A-Star accreditation under the SCAL Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme. Also been actively involved in development of Integrated Construction & Prefabrication Hub (ICPH).
Heading RATEC’s Operations in Asia, Mr. Chan is actively supporting the precast industry in the region including being appointed as the lead consultant for a modern PBU factory in the Philippines and a Precast Factory in the Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Chan is also a Council Member of Contractor Association of Singapore (SCAL) and chair the SCAL Digitalization Workgroup (Modularisation and Buildable Connections and Digital Manpower Workgroup) under the Building and Construction Authority Singapore.
